Payment Policy

This Policy shall govern all payments made through StayNue.com. Reservations made on another channel may subject guests to a specific payment policy under the specific channel.

Payments for Bookings
Payments made through StayNue.com shall be processed through StayNue.com’s preferred payment processing service. The total amount shall be charged at the time of the booking.

Security Deposits
Security deposits, if any, shall be charged 3 days prior to check-in. The said security deposit shall be held by StayNue.com for 14 days after check-out to ensure that any damages arising from the occupancy of the guest is accounted for and resolved.

Late Charges
In the event that any payment required to be paid by guest hereunder is not made within thirty (30) days of when due, guest shall pay to StayNue, in addition to such payment or other charges due hereunder, a “late fee” in the amount of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150) every 15 days past due. StayNue has the right to change the locks and evict guests once the reservation fee is past due without court order. StayNue has the right to evict guest’s personal belongings when the reservation fee is not received.

Additional Charges
Any additional charges, such as parking fees, additional cleanings, or additional guests, may be charged separately from this booking if requested, and may not be represented in the total. Once charged, such charges are non-refundable.
