StayNue commits to protect and respect Guest’s privacy, and to only use Guest’s booking data to administer the Guest’s account and to provide any products and services requested from StayNue.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Guest consents to allow StayNue to store and process the booking data submitted via the Reservation Agreement, to provide Guest the content requested. StayNue will share Guest’s (and Guest’s guest(s)’, if any) booking data with third party software providers who collect, store and process Guest’s booking data on behalf of StayNue and who are contractually obligated to keep Guest’s booking data confidential subject to appropriate safeguards to prevent it from unauthorized disclosure.

Guest also consents to receive communications from StayNue about products and services, as well as other content that may be of interest to Guest. If at any time guest elects to unsubscribe, guest shall email the request to StayNue. Guest shall then receive an email confirmation that they have unsubscribed, and will no longer be receiving promotional campaigns.
